When will you receive the order?

As soon as your payment is on our account, we will prepare your package. The parcels are sent every Thursday with DPD. DPD will keep you informed via email, but you can also follow your package in real time via myDPD.

Do you also pay postage?

If you buy through our webshop, your postage will be charged. In the webshop this is calculated automatically, and you settle the shipping costs together with the rest of your order.

These are the amounts of the shipping costs.

Shipping within Belgium

• tot 10 kg: 5,5 euro
• verzenden naar dpd afhaalpunt (pickup parcelshop): 3.5 euro
• free shipping from 50 euros

The Netherlands and Germany

• tot 10 kg: 9 euro
• free shipping from 75 euros

Italy

• up to 10 kg: 15 euro

All other countries

• up to 10 kg: 20 euro

We do not ship outside of Europe, to Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
