Minimum 85% cocoa ingredients, of which 8-10% natural cocoa butter – single origin Kerala, India

We have chosen to use Belgian beet sugar because we like to keep it local (where we can), but also to let the developed fine flavors of the cocoa come out and keep the flavor profile pure.

FREE FROM cocoa blends, untraceable (deodorised) cocoa butter, (vanilla) flavouring, lecithin or other additives
